The Latest Addition to the Fitness Music Store is entitled "Cardio Energy V1". This mix is set to a constant 130 BPM (tempo) for use by cardio calls and aerobics instructors to help keep the class in sync. there are some great motivating and uplifting beats, synths, and vocals in this one which are sure to keep your class energized throughout the entire duration of the class.

Unlike the music on many other so called "aerobics mixes", our music is original and exciting. You won't find any of those cheesey disco/dance remixes of old pop and country songs here. This mix is all about energy, more descriptively, raising the energy in your cardio class.

The mix starts of simple in the beginning to help get your class in tune. As the mix progresses and time elapses, the beats get more complex and entertaining while still maintaining the same tempo throughout. The mix is continuous, with no gaps, and there are only a few brief moments during song transition where the drum beats fade out to build exitement and progression but there are never any moments of silence.

This fitness mix is not only suitable exclusively for cardio classes and aerobics, anyone who enjoys listening to high energy music during their workout, while running, using an elliptical machine, or stationary bike will enjoy this mix.

It's time to get physical. Buy "Cardio Energy V1" Aerobics Mix Now.

I think I like how it rolls off the traxxs. I will definitely need some this week. I like introdcing new sounds and staying out of the rut.
