WorkoutCD.com General Terms of Service
workoutCd.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Failure to comply with these terms of service, will result in immediate account closure.

   1. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly will not accept hits from newsgroup, chatroom spam, instant messenger spam, forum spam, or email spam. They will not be counted and you will not be paid for them. Any attempt to defraud the WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly program will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
   2. Any attempt to defraud the WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly program will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
   3. Webmasters modifying surfers' browser settings without the surfers' express consent will be presumed to be sending unsolicited advertising. These cases will be treated in the same way as email spam and will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
   4. Webmaster expressly agrees that webmaster's or any affiliated sites will not contain any illegal and/or objectionable materials, including, but not limited to, child pornography, rape, incest or bestiality.
   5. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly reserve the right to terminate an account and pay webmaster all monies due (unless the webmaster is found to be cheating) within a reasonable period of time.
   6. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly processes payments monthly, between the 1st and 7th. A minimum of $50 in affiliate sales by any affiliate must be exceeded before a payout can be dispersed.
   7. To participate in WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly, the webmaster must be at least 18 years of age.
   8. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such a case, you will be notified immediately and paid for all clicks and/or signups accumulated up to that point in time within a reasonable period of time, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in any way.
   9. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly is not responsible for any loss (economic or otherwise) due to downtime resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
  10. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly reserves the exclusive right to deny any prospective affiliate admittance into our program, based on the content of the affiliate's website or for any other reason.
  11. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly reserves the exclusive right to change the payout rate without notice.
  12. WorkoutCD.com/NussDog Media/Ryan Nuessly reserves the right to cancel any account and forfeit any monies due.
