Shipping here is simple.  We ship every order for FREE!

We use USPS Media Mail for our free shipping orders.

As for packaging, we deliver our workout cds to you on blank audio cd media.  What’s most important is the music on a cd, not the artwork.  We also ship in blank cd sleeves.  Cds and their sleeves are both rubber stamped with the title of the workout mix.
